Working with property owners, developers and city agencies to ensure that projects are sensitive to the neighborhood in terms of traffic, density, architecture and quality of life issues. Providing a neighborhood voice regarding placement of social services, residence facilities and subsidized housing in the neighborhood, including education and awareness of existing facilities.
